Car Rental Service in Details

Self- drive, Chauffeur-driven or guide driven

Self-drive: you may rent the car to travel on your own around the country. You cannot pass the international borders of Iran.

Chauffeur-driven: If you need to rent a car with a driver, your travel will be more convenient and you do not need to worry about the road conditions that may not be found online. Our expert team of drivers for small and medium cars have been on the roads for years, so this is recommended to use this service.

There will be extra charges to the car rental rates, including diver’s payment as well as driver’s food and accommodation in case you are travelling between cities.

Guide-driven: In case your travel to Iran is not scheduled with a group but you like to experience a guided tour, our travel guides are the best ones to accompany you all around the country. You will explore the country at your own pace and desire of any changes to the planned itinerary with the advice of a qualified guide.

This service will cost you more as there are extra charges for guide’s payment and as well as his food and accommodation in case you are travelling between cities; we guaranty it is worthy of reservation as travelling with our team adds value to your trip.

Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation

Reservation: All reservations must be done in advance, on specific dates for self-driven cars. For Chauffeur-driven or guide driven rentals you need to send us your travel itinerary as well.

Deposit: Deposit rates are different according to the car model and rental rates and it is received when you pick-up the car, and will be returned to you at drop-off time.

Cancellation: Cancellation will be free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up for self-drive cars. Cancellation of Chauffeur-driven or guide-driven rentals must be done at 7 days in advance.

Customer Service

We will be at service 24/7 when you are on the road. In case of any problems there will be customer service in 45 minutes and all fixing and maintenance services will be free of charge. If the damage is too critical that cannot be fixed you will receive another car in less than 24 hours.

Mileage and Routes

Mileage and Routes: There is no limitation on mileage or route options renting a car, you can hit the roads as you wish when renting a car. Police Fines and Tolls

Police traffic fines: the renter has to pay all the traffic fines himself.
