Qom Historical Bazaar
A 600-year-old authentic and lovely bazaar in the heart of the city of Qom. It has two sections known as Old Bazaar and New Bazaar. The Old Bazaar and its building date back to Seljuk and Ilkhanid periods yet the arcades of the New Bazaar mostly belong to the Safavid and Qajar period. The bazaar is still to this day an important trade center for the locals.
Fatima Masumeh Shrine
Fatima Masumeh was the sister of the eighth Imam of Shias, Imam Reza, and is honored as a saint. Every year thousands of Muslims travel to Qom to give their honors to Fatima Masumeh and ask her for blessings.
Jamkaran Mosque
A magnificent mosque located 6 kilometers east of Qom. The founder Sheikh Jamkarani is reported to have met 12th Imam of Shias, Imam Zaman, along with prophet Al-Khidr, and they had informed him that this part of the land is noble. Therefore, from his income, he constructed the Jamkaran mosque. There is a holy well in the mosque where pilgrims drop letters in, hoping for Imam Zaman to read them.
Gonbad Sabz Garden
Gonbad Sabz Garden is a small beautiful garden, housing three domes that contain tombs of different ancient commanders. The garden and its domes date back to the eighth century AD.
